40 Days for Life is an international campaign that unites groups in prayer & action to end abortion. This year the campaign runs from September 23rd through November 1st. St. Benilde is committed to adopting Saturday, October 24 to pray outside Planned Parenthood, N.O. Health Centre, located at 4636 South Claiborne Ave in New Orleans. We invite each of you, your family, and friends to pledge at least one hour in prayer with us on this day to end the brutal deaths of God’s precious creations. Members of the St. Benilde Pro-Life Committee will be available after all our masses on October 17th& 18th with the sign-up schedule & more information.

A new school sign was installed on Tuesday, October 13. 52 years after St. Benilde was founded, we finally have a sign for the front of our school!
Repainting of the Sisters of Loreto statue, lighting, and landscaping to come soon to finish this project.
